Shipping Conditions

These shipping conditions apply to all orders placed through Zeyna Mode. The shipping partner is DHL.

For specific shipping services, the current conditions of the shipping service provider also apply.

1. Scope of Application

These shipping conditions apply to national and international deliveries.

Express shipping, freight forwarding deliveries, or special shipping methods are not included, unless explicitly offered.

2. Packaging and Addressing

  • The goods will be securely packaged by us for transport.
  • The delivery address must be provided completely and correctly.
  • Subsequent changes to the address after dispatch are not possible.
  • Shipping labels will be affixed properly.

3. Liability & Insurance

Shipping is carried out in accordance with legal provisions and the conditions of the shipping service provider.

  • Standard parcels are generally insured.
  • Damage or loss must be reported promptly.
  • Additional insurance may be available for higher-value shipments.

4. Delivery Times & Delivery

  • Germany: approx. 1–2 working days after dispatch
  • EU countries: approx. 2–5 working days
  • Non-EU countries: approx. 5–14 working days (depending on customs clearance)

Delivery will be made to the specified delivery address. Alternatively, delivery can be made to a packing station or branch, if specified by the customer.

5. Returns & Undeliverability

Should a shipment not be deliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information, it will be returned to us.

In this case, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the return shipping costs incurred.

Our return and cancellation policies also apply to returns.

6. Changes to Shipping Conditions

We reserve the right to adjust these shipping conditions, especially in the event of changes to shipping service providers or legal requirements.
