These shipping conditions apply to all orders placed through Zeyna-Mode . Our shipping partner is DHL . For specific services, the currently valid DHL "Shipping Conditions for DHL Parcels/Packets National and International" also apply. DHL +1


1. Scope

  • These terms and conditions apply to domestic and international deliveries via DHL Parcel, DHL Small Parcel, DHL Returns and DHL Parcel International. DHL

  • Express services, special shipping methods, or products with special shipping requirements are not included, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. DHL


2. Packaging and addressing

  • The shipment must be securely packaged to protect the contents during transport. DHL

  • The labeling (address, recipient, sender) must be clearly legible, permanent, and complete. Changes after dispatch are not permitted. DHL

  • When using DHL parcel labels, they must be affixed correctly. Labels and addresses must not be obscured. DHL


3. Liability & Insurance

  • DHL assumes liability in accordance with the legal and contractual framework. A basic liability applies to standard packages.

  • Customers must report any damage or loss immediately.

  • Additional insurance may be available for particularly valuable shipments (depending on the DHL product).


4. Delivery Times & Delivery

  • After handover to DHL, the delivery time within Germany is usually 1-2 working days.

  • For EU deliveries, typically 2-5 working days; for non-EU regions, depending on the destination and customs formalities, usually 5-14 working days.

  • Deliveries will be made to the delivery address, or alternatively, if possible, to DHL Packstations or branches, provided this is possible and the address has been correctly provided.


5. Costs for returns & non-delivery

  • Should a shipment be undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, recipient cannot be found), the shipment will be returned to us, and any return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

  • Our return policy/cancellation policy applies to returned goods.


6. Changes to DHL's Terms and Conditions

  • DHL has updated its shipping and receiving conditions as of May 15, 2025, including stricter address requirements and new regulations for deliveries to Packstations, etc. Online Retailer News

  • We reserve the right to adjust our shipping terms accordingly if DHL's terms and conditions change.
