Shipping is carried out by our reliable partner DHL .

Delivery areas

We deliver within Germany, to the countries of the European Union and to selected non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom).

Delivery times

• Germany: 2–4 working days

• EU countries: 4–7 working days

• Non-EU countries: 5–10 business days (plus possible customs and import fees)

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping costs

• Germany: Flat rate X.XX € per order

• EU countries: Flat rate X.XX € per order

• Non-EU countries: Flat rate of X.XX € per order

For orders over XX.XX €, shipping within Germany is free.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking number so you can track your delivery online at any time.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Partial deliveries

Should part of your order not be available at short notice, we reserve the right to make a partial delivery , provided this is reasonable for you.
