Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. Should an item not meet your expectations, you can, of course, return or exchange it.
🔁 Right of Return
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.
📦 Return Process
- Register your return via our return form or by email.
- Pack the item carefully.
- Send the goods to the return address provided by us.
- After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method.
📋 Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and, if possible, in their original packaging.
- Reduced items are generally not excluded, except for clearly marked special promotions.
- The buyer bears the costs of the return, unless otherwise agreed.
🔄 Exchange
A direct exchange is possible as long as the desired size or color is available.
Please specify in the return form which item you would like to exchange for.
