We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should an item not meet your expectations, you can of course return or exchange it.
Right of return

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
Return process

Please pack the item carefully and send it to the return address we provide.

After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method used.
Conditions

The goods must be returned unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging (where reasonable).

Reduced-price items are not excluded from exchange or return, unless they are marked as special offers.

You as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Exchange

A direct exchange is possible as long as the desired size or color is in stock.
