Yes, exchanges are possible as long as the desired size or color is available. This applies especially to shoes. Please indicate on the return form which item you would like to exchange.

Unworn headscarves can be returned within the return period. Please note that for hygiene reasons , worn or washed headscarves are not eligible for exchange or return .

Please contact us immediately by email with a photo of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
