These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop Zeyna Mode by consumers and businesses. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order.
By clicking the “Buy now” button you submit a binding offer.
We will confirm receipt of your order by email. The purchase contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or upon delivery of the goods.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices in euros and include VAT.
We also charge shipping costs, which are specified during the ordering process. For orders above a certain value, shipping may be free (see "Shipping & Delivery").
5. Delivery
Delivery will be made by DHL to the delivery address you provided.
The delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days in Germany, 4-7 working days to other European countries, and 5-10 working days outside the EU.
If items are not available, we will inform you immediately.
6. Payment
The following payment methods are available:

Klarna (invoice & installment purchase)
Instant bank transfer (Klarna Sofort)
Prepayment / Bank transfer
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days .
The period begins upon receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send an email to info@zeyna-mode.de .
Returns must be sent to the address provided in the imprint.
You as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the goods are defective.
Excluded from the return: worn or washed headscarves (for hygiene reasons).

8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
9. Liability for defects
Statutory liability for defects applies. Should an item be damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
10. Dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
