Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through our online shop Zeyna Mode by consumers and businesses.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities (§ 13 BGB).

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you place a binding offer.

We will confirm receipt of your order by email. The purchase agreement is concluded with our order confirmation or with the delivery of the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices in Euros and include statutory value-added tax.

Shipping costs will be added, which are displayed during the ordering process. From a certain order value, delivery can be free of shipping costs (see "Shipping & Delivery" page).

5. Delivery

Delivery is made with DHL to the delivery address you provide.

  • Germany: approx. 2–4 business days
  • EU countries: approx. 4–7 business days
  • Non-EU countries: approx. 5–10 business days

Should items not be available, we will inform you immediately.

6. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Shop Pay
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Klarna (Invoice & Installment Purchase)
  • Sofortüberweisung (Instant Transfer)
  • Prepayment / Bank Transfer

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

The period begins on the day you received the goods.

To exercise this right, a notification by email to:
info@zeyna-mode.de is sufficient.

Returns are sent to the address provided in the imprint.

The buyer bears the cost of return, unless the goods are defective.

Worn or washed headscarves are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygienic reasons.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Liability for Defects

The statutory liability for defects applies. Should an item be damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS):

We are not obliged and unwilling to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid.
